# Zubereitungshinweise:

01 - Combine chicken pieces, sesame oil, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
02 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and glazed with sauce, about 6 to 8 minutes.
03 - Slice wonton wrappers into thin strips. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spray lightly with oil, and air fry at 350°F for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown. Alternatively, bake at 375°F for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once.
04 - In a mixing bowl, combine red cabbage, green cabbage, carrots, scallion, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic. Toss well and distribute between serving bowls.
05 - Top each portion of slaw with cooked chicken. Scatter crispy wonton strips over the top.
06 - Drizzle bowls with sweet chili sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro, and serve with lime wedges while all components are fresh and crisp.

# Zusätzliche Hinweise:

01 - Use pre-cut slaw mix for speed and convenience.
02 - For extra crunch, sprinkle with chopped peanuts or sliced almonds just before serving.
03 - For meal prep, store chicken, slaw, and wonton strips separately and assemble just before eating to maintain crispness.
04 - For a low-carb alternative, serve chicken and slaw in lettuce cups instead of using wonton strips.
